Summit Land Conservancy needs volunteers to hike or bike local open lands. Help insure that local protected open space stays that way. We can also use help with office work and have a couple fun projects in need of a leader. Call Anne at 435-649-9884.

Spread the Word
Just as importantly as a financial donation or an hour of your time, simple awareness and community dialogue will protect the endangered landscapes of Summit County more than anything else. Many people don’t know that all land surrounding Park City is privately owned. Unlike other resort towns, there isn’t any land held by the Forest Service or Federal Government.

Summit Land Conservancy’s efforts are critical to saving the remaining agricultural lands, viewsheds, animal habitats, waterways, and rangelands to be preserved is through a land trust like Summit Land Conservancy.

We need public support from Summit County residents, and you can give it to us! Tell your neighbors about their endangered backyard, and talk to your coworkers about potential solutions. Community dialogue will create action. Together, we can make a difference!
