What We Do

Our Mission: The Summit Land Conservancy works in partnership with local landowners to permanently protect the remaining agricultural lands, view sheds, animal habitats, waterways, and rangelands in Park City and Summit County, Utah.

  • 6th Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival

  • Summit Land Conservancy has selected 13 environmental and adventure films ranging from 2 minutes to 27 minutes in length for this year’s festival. From a story about a boy catching his first fish to a visual poem about the joy of air, from a recreation of a legendary 1906 expedition to a profile on a National Geographic Adventurer of the Year, from a hilarious, tongue-in-cheek examination of the plastic bag problem to a visually stunning exploration of a river that has not kissed the ocean in years, these 13 films will inspire, educate and challenge you and, quite possibly, change your world.

Arrive early to sign up to win fabulous door prizes. Tickets available online or at the door: $10 adults, $5 students. Proceeds to benefit the Summit Land Conservancy.
